Chadwick Farms is a planned 60-acre, mixed-use development located in the Town of Northlake near the SEQ of I-35 and Highway 114. The master plan includes 900 residential units, 60,000 SF of retail, a boutique hotel, and the 200,000 SF Dallas Stars’ indoor sports facility and multi-recreational center.
Project delivery of retail x restaurant space is Q4-2025.
